"Yui Passport"

Terms of use
・Only the "Queen Coral Plus," "Queen Coral Cross," "Ferry Akebono," and "Ferry Naminoue" are eligible for unlimited rides regardless of section.
・The validity period is 14 consecutive days from the first boarding date (including the first boarding date).
・This product can only be reserved online. Reservations must be made up to 7 days before the start date of use.
・Prices are set for second-class cabins. If you would like a Western-style room, a berth, a first-class cabin, or a special-class cabin, you will need to pay the difference in class at the appropriate counter. (Credit cards accepted)
・Please pay the fuel oil price fluctuation adjustment fee valid on the day of boarding at each counter. (Credit cards accepted)
・Cancellation after departure will not be refundable, even if the reason is due to weather or sea conditions.
・A cancellation fee will be charged if you cancel before departure.

Precautions
・Junior high school students and above are considered adults.
・Children are considered to be children attending elementary school.
・One infant per adult is free of charge and must be applied for. If there are more infants than adults, please apply for them as children.
・Children cannot apply alone.
・If you do not make a reservation, you may not be able to board depending on the seating situation on the day. (Reservation required)
・Customers using the Yui Passport cannot make reservations with Smart Ferry. Please contact us by phone (099-225-1551).
・This product does not include special travel insurance, so we recommend that you take out your own insurance during the period of use.
・If you lose your "Yui Passport", it cannot be reissued regardless of the reason.

Please come to the reception desk 30 minutes before departure from each port.
Please present the reservation completion email or a printed copy at the port counter on the day you wish to start using the service.
You will be given a "Yui Passport" and a boarding pass for the section you wish to use.
