Web ReservationWEB reservations have started accepting reservations for boarding on April 2024, 4 (Tuesday), but due to adjustments being made, special, 1st, and 2nd class rooms cannot be searched on the WEB reservation screen. There may be spaces available, including transportation, so if you would like to make a reservation, please contact the reservation center by phone.

Reservation by Phone
Please make reservations by phone using the number below. Reservations for both passengers and vehicles are accepted from the same day one month prior to the boarding date. (If the same day one month prior is a holiday, reservations will be accepted from the next business day. As the number of seats is limited, reservations may not be possible if the ship is fully booked.)
The Amami Okinawa route is operated alternately by Marix Line and Maruei Ferry. Please check the operating company on your boarding date and contact us.

If you have purchased your ticket in advance at our office, a travel agency, etc., or if you have made a reservation and payment on our website,
you will need to cancel at the place where you purchased it, and the cancellation fee will be charged.
＜Cancellation Fee＞
・Tickets without a designated shipping route: 200 yen per ticket
・Tickets with a designated shipping route
Up to 7 days before the boarding date: 200 yen per ticket
Up to 2 days before the boarding date: 10% of the amount written on the ticket
Up to before departure: 30% of the amount written on the ticket
After departure: 100% of the amount written on the ticket
※However, if the amount of the deduction is less than 200 yen, 200 yen will be deducted.
Regarding women-only rooms (ladies rooms)
Ladies-only rooms are available on "second class (Japanese-style room)" and "second class sleeping car" routes departing from and arriving at Kagoshima. If you would like to use these rooms, please request them when making your reservation, when checking in for boarding, or when you are shown to your room after boarding. (*If the ship is fully booked, we may not be able to accommodate your reservation or guidance.)
*Male children (preschool) may also use these rooms.
