Please make reservations by phone using the number below. Reservations for both passengers and vehicles are accepted from the same day one month prior to the boarding date. (If the same day one month prior is a holiday, reservations will be accepted from the next business day. As the number of seats is limited, reservations may not be possible if the ship is fully booked.)

Maximum reservations per phone call:

①Passengers only: Up to 5 seats.
②Manned vehicles only: Up to 2 vehicles. (Includes one seat for the driver per manned vehicle)
③Manned vehicles with passengers: Up to 1 vehicle and a maximum of 1 passengers per vehicle.

Information required when making a reservation:

○Passengers: Boarding date, boarding route, number of passengers (adults, children, infants), class, representative's name, contact information (phone number).
○Vehicles: In addition to the above, please provide vehicle length, vehicle height, vehicle type (freight vehicle or passenger vehicle), etc.

Please be sure to inform us of any changes or cancellations to your reservation.

If you have purchased your ticket in advance at our office, a travel agency, etc., or if you have made a reservation and payment via our website,
Cancellations will be processed at the place of purchase and the applicable cancellation fee will be charged.

・Boarding tickets that do not specify sea mail: 1 yen per ticket
・Specified boarding tickets for sea mail
　Until 7 days before boarding date: 1 yen per item
　Until 2 days before boarding date: 10% of the amount stated on the ticket
　Before departure: 30% of the amount stated on the ticket
　After departure: 100% of the amount written on the ticket
　*However, if the amount of deduction is less than 200 yen, 200 yen will be deducted.

Regarding the "Women's Only Room" (※ Ladies' Room):

Women's only room is available at the Second class (Japanese-style room) for departures and arrivals from Kagoshima. If you wish to use this facility, please inform us at the time of booking, during boarding procedures, upon boarding, or during room guidance. (Please note that reservations and guidance may not be available in the event of full occupancy or other circumstances.)
* Accompanying infants (preschool children) may also use this facility if they are boys.
