Make reservation by phone

Please make reservations by phone using the number below. Reservations for both passengers and vehicles are accepted from the same day one month prior to the boarding date. (If the same day one month prior is a holiday, reservations will be accepted from the next business day. As the number of seats is limited, reservations may not be possible if the ship is fully booked.)

Maximum reservations per phone call:

①Passengers only: Up to 5 seats.
②Manned vehicles only: Up to 2 vehicles. (Includes one seat for the driver per manned vehicle)
③Manned vehicles with passengers: Up to 1 vehicle and a maximum of 1 passengers per vehicle.

Information required when making a reservation:

○Passengers: Boarding date, boarding route, number of passengers (adults, children, infants), class, representative's name, contact information (phone number).
○Vehicles: In addition to the above, please provide vehicle length, vehicle height, vehicle type (freight vehicle or passenger vehicle), etc.

○Passenger
Boarding date, boarding section, number of people (adults, children, infants), class, representative name, contact information (phone number)

○Vehicle
In addition to the above information, please provide the vehicle length, vehicle height, vehicle type (freight vehicle, passenger vehicle), etc.

Please be sure to inform us of any changes or cancellations to your reservation.

If you need to refund your boarding pass or vehicle shipping ticket, please be aware that a handling fee will apply.

Regarding the "Women's Only Room" (※ Ladies' Room):

Women's only room is available at the Second class (Japanese-style room) for departures and arrivals from Kagoshima. If you wish to use this facility, please inform us at the time of booking, during boarding procedures, upon boarding, or during room guidance. (Please note that reservations and guidance may not be available in the event of full occupancy or other circumstances.)
※ Accompanying children (age 0 to those not yet attending elementary school) can also use this facility, even if they are boys.

Some boarding tickets can also be reserved through ``WILLER TRAVEL'' and ``Sky Ticket.''
