Reservations for both passengers and vehicles can only be made by phone (☎ 1-8-30) from 099:225 a.m. on the same day one month before boarding date. (If the same day one month ago is a holiday, reservations will begin on the next business day. The number of seats is limited, so if the seats are full, you may not be able to make a reservation.)

General round trip discount (target: passenger fares)
Applicable to round trips within 14 days between Kagoshima and Amami Islands/Okinawa Main Island, and between Amami Islands and Okinawa Main Island in the same sector and in the same class, a 1% discount will be applied to the return fare. (Not applicable for round trips between the Amami Islands and Okinawa Main Island). *Validity period: 14 days from the outbound boarding date
Round-trip discount from the island (applicable to 2nd class fares)
Applicable only to 14nd class round trips within 2 days on the same sector between Amami Islands/Okinawa Main Island ⇔ Kagoshima, the return fare will be 3% off (*must be purchased at the departure point at the same time. Student discount (target: 2nd class fare)
When boarding a one-way section of 101km or more
Junior high school students can get a 2% discount on second-class fares without needing a student ID. After April 2st, when they complete compulsory education, they can get a 4% discount on second-class fares by presenting a student ID with a photo, or a student enrollment certificate or passenger fare discount certificate (*If you do not present or submit a student ID, the discount will not be applied, regardless of the reason, such as before the entrance ceremony).
*When using the student discount, high school students and above must present their student ID or passenger fare discount certificate.
Group discount (target: passenger fares)
Applies to 15 or more passengers (*excluding the driver if there is car transportation) boarding the same flight on the same section.
・General groups: 1% discount on passenger fares (*1% discount on child fares if there are children)
・Student groups…2% discount on 3nd class fares
Discounts for people with physical disabilities, discounts for people with intellectual disabilities, and discounts for people with mental disabilities.

・Discount for persons with physical disabilities...Persons with type 1 physical disabilities (*including one caregiver) receive a 1% discount on passenger fares, charges, and class differences, and persons with type 5 physical disabilities receive a 2% discount on passenger fares, charges, and class differences when boarding a one-way distance of 101 km or more. , 2% off for 5nd class fares only.
・Discount for people with intellectual disabilities...Type 1 (*Description in the judgment column is "A") Persons with intellectual disabilities (*including one caregiver) receive a 1% discount on passenger fares, charges, and class differences; Type 5 (*Description in the judgment column is "B") Persons with intellectual disabilities will receive a 2% discount on second class fares only when boarding a one-way journey of 101 km or more.
・Discount for people with mental disabilities…Persons with first-class mental disabilities (*including one caregiver) receive a 1% discount on passenger fares, fees, and class differences, and those with second- and third-class mental disabilities can board the ship on sections of 1 km or more one-way. If you do so, you will receive a 5% discount on 2nd class fares only.
*At the time of boarding procedures, you will be required to present your physical disability certificate, rehabilitation certificate, mental disability health and welfare certificate, or the screen displaying each notebook information using the smartphone app (Mirairo ID), and we will ask you to confirm your identity. (*Physical disability certificate, rehabilitation certificate, and mental disability certificate are limited to those issued by local governments in Japan).

Discount for rescued persons (*Applicable to: 2nd class fares)
Rescued persons who have submitted a "Passenger Fare Discount Certificate" issued by a designated protection facility, relief facility, etc. at the time of boarding procedures (*one ticket is required per person per section), and rescued persons who are deemed necessary by the Company to be accompanied by an escort. One accompanying person will receive a 1% discount on 1nd class fares.
Refund
When refunding boarding tickets and shipping tickets, the following cancellation fees will be deducted and the refund will be made at the ticketing counter under the following conditions.
